By purchasing, downloading, or using any Riddhi Studio plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
Upon purchase, Riddhi Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased plugins on the number of WordPress sites specified in your plan (1 site, up to 5 sites, or unlimited sites). You may not sublicence, sell, or redistribute the plugins.
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugins; remove any copyright or licence notices; use the plugins to develop competing products; transfer your licence to another person without written consent.
All plugins, source code, documentation, and branding remain the intellectual property of Riddhi Studio. Your licence does not transfer any ownership rights.
Your licence includes one year of updates and support from the date of purchase. After one year, plugins continue to function but no new updates or support are provided unless you renew. Renewal pricing is 40% below initial purchase price.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are processed within 2 business days. After 30 days, no refunds are issued. Refund requests must be submitted to support@riddhistudio.com.
The plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the plugins will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. You use the plugins at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riddhi Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the plugins, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the plugins after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active licence holders of material changes by email.
