How to Request a Refund

Email support@riddhistudio.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your purchase email address. That's it — we don't require you to explain why or jump through hoops. We process all refunds within 2 business days.

What's Covered

Any Riddhi Studio plugin or bundle purchase is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, regardless of reason.

What's Not Covered

Refunds are not available after the 30-day period. Renewal purchases are not eligible for refund once processed (but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date through your Freemius account).

Partial Refunds

We do not issue partial refunds for individual plugins within a bundle. If you purchase the bundle and are unsatisfied with any plugin in it, you are eligible for a full bundle refund within 30 days.

After a Refund

Upon processing a refund, your licence key will be deactivated and you should remove the plugins from your sites. You may repurchase at any time — there is no repurchase restriction.

Chargebacks

We request that you contact us for a refund before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur significant fees for small businesses. We will always honour a valid refund request within the 30-day window.

You're protected

Our 30-day guarantee is unconditional. We trust our customers.
